    Corned Beef

    Anyone try grilling / smoking a corned beef? Would temperature and cook times be similar to a beef brisket?

    Yes when I first started into smoking meat I goofed and bought a corned beef bx by mistake. Smoked it and its its become one of my favorites. Being the brisket is brined I dont find you need to cook it at long. But I cant tell you exactly how long as that will be dictated by taste / weight.

    Smoked corned beef I believe is pastrami.
