    yup guy was trying to take a pic of him he walked over grabbed the phone smashed it on the ground. Big mistake was picking it up and walking away with it that gets you a felony robbery charge...phone must been valued over a grand.. all done while being caught on a security camera.. this came 2 days after he got done with court ordered anger management classes from the bus incident.
