Does the pump have 12 volt power and a good ground?
Not sure about the 2018 models but mine has a plate with the oil reservoir and a battery that I have to remove to get to the bilge area to work on the pumps. PITA.
Check circuit breakers to make sure one isn't tripped. After all that, you might have to get in the bilge to check the pump connection for power.

The boat is under warranty I would take it back to the dealer, the pumps are a cartridge style pump and are easy to replace the part itself.
Where are circuit breakers
Should be in your owners manual.
