Hard to shift first time of day

    Hey guys,

So yesterday I launch the boat and let it idle about 30 seconds before I put it in gear. I normally wait longer but the wind was really blowing. I put it in reverse ( went in gear smoothly) and back up a little bit then went to go to neutral and it was pretty stiff. I actually had to sit down to put more pressure on the shifter. I never touched the throttle during this time. This is first time it has done this.

The rest of of the day it was smooth as butter...has anyone else had this happen?

    Thanks!!

45-60 seconds at idle helps immensely.
