I was out Saturday and Sunday on LSC. Water along mile roads is still pretty dirty. Surface water temps hit 50 on Sunday. Saw lots of boats.

I was out there Saturday as well. Water was about 8" to 10" of visibility. I had just 3 hits and only landed a lousy Drum. Lost the other two and never saw for sure if they were Smallmouth or not. Water was filthy from lower Anchor Bay to the river mouth. Was a beautiful day to be out though.

Only caught 2 Saturday, but they combined for over 10 pounds.

Sunday was much better. Caught a ton (stopped counting) and the top 5 were 23-24 pounds including two over 5 again.

I had the best luck with baits on bottom, bearely moving. For me it was tubes and blade baits, but ned would work. I didnt try jerkbait due to the water clarity being so poor.

In the UP, the Menominee River is open and so is Green Bay in Menominee.
