    250 proxs idle issue

Motor will not keep running at idle. Will run fine above idle speed. Motor is a 2014 with 1100hrs. and just had a 100hr. service. The primer bulb will not get hard when squeezed. Will change it out tomorrow. I'm thinking it's a fuel flow problem. The question is could it be something else?

Could be any of the diaphrams, but I have fixed three different motors by changing the tracker valves.

Is a tracker valve something that can be done at home or do I need to take it to a dealer.?

Point the "arrow" on the side of the primer bulb towards the sky while squeezing it, before starting.

Thank you; Thank you. The primer bulb moved to the point where the arrow was pointing down and by moving as you said solved my idle problem.

Glad to hear it was something that simple. Make a habit of pumping the bulb firm before each start.
