Ultrex Troubleshooting... Help!

Hi all

I just replaced all of my graphs and had everything out of the back of my boat.

Just got everything put back and wanted to check my Ultrex to be sure the new Solix units were seeing it on the network.

Turned on the power switch on the foot pedal and got the blue light the Ultrex puck is flashing red.

Here is my issue, The foot pedal and prop are not turning on. I can move the pedal just like when it doesn't have power.
Prop button on the pedal is not turning on the prop. I tried turning on the prop via the Solix but that didn't work either.

I am hoping its just something I overlooked. I checked the batteries (24v 80lb thrust) they are hooked up correctly.

Obviously, I am getting power as it turns on and is seen on the network. During my work, I never moved the foot pedal, just unplugged the power from the plug on the front panel.

Any assistance on what to check or steps to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.

Is the motor deployed or stowed when you’re trying to run it? It will not run in the stowed position.

The motor is out off the end of the boat but not fully deployed

How far does it need to be extended to work? Is there a switch that turns it on when you deploy? Maybe that is stuck...

Not sure how far it needs to be deployed for it to activate, but I know for a fact it will not run while in the stored position. Hopefully that’s all it is, nice easy fix lol

Had to deploy it quite a way before it would come on but it did and worked well!
