    New GMC and Chevy design flaw

    Has any one noticed how far down the new tail gate is when opened, right on top of the receiver hitch!!!

    Maybe they should have used all the ford tailgates from the commercial.

    Your right, the Ford Triton spark plug spitting design was on-point, along with the 6.0 Powerstroke and on and on...only GM has issues once in a while right?

    That was real recent. I heard they had a bearing problem in 1914.

    Sorry but don't get me started on the quality of GM Engineering or the lack there of and nothing surprises me anymore.

    I've had to deal with it on the daily bases just about all my whole life in the really real world.

    You hard core GM fans enjoy them I'm not gong to attempt to change your mind about them. I know of a lot of former GM hard core fans that have seen the light. Some that even surprised me. But in most all cases there are better options.

    noticed it on the lot the first day. not sure its a design flaw.. but maybe its a compromise?
    ordered one anyway. very cool feature with built in stereo too. yall check it out. I dont like leaving the hitch in all the time anyway so I figure I can live with this compromise

    chevy has the option to remote close the tailgate, I thought that was cool but havent seen it in person
