I love my Chevy truck but can't stand the way the bedsides are as thin as a pop can. Barely touch it and it leaves a dent.

If they would not make trucks so tall in the first place, which is entirely unnecessary, a person could reach over the side and not have to climb in the bed.

found some photos of it open. Definitely going to be a problem even with the warning in the owners manual. Wonder who the genius was that designed that. Probably a young kid that didn't know what a trailer is.

Only when they are less than 2 years old

3 years old up north and the box sides rust away

Your military grade aluminum is weaker than my civilian grade steel. And your front wheels are loaded with brake dust. Seriously though..i wouldn't want to remove my hitch everytime I lowered the gate. That's just wrong. Everybody makes a good truck these days..

guys the gate doesnt open that way everytime you open it. theres a second latch for the multi gate for whatever you might want to use it for. so you dont have to remove you hitch everytime you lower the gate. I just like it better without the hitch when not towing anyway

I never understood the dislike for the Edsel other than the name. They looked about like everything else at the time and I sure they worked just like the Ford of that day since it was produced by them. Sure was a lot uglier cars made than them. I want mind having one now.

First thing I noted. It won’t take you but once to remember to remove the hitch.
