Don't use original boxes or packing because you won't get them back. I recently shipped a Helix 10 back to factory and didn't shop around for best price. I shipped UPS w/insurance and the price almost doubled...LOL When the unit was returned, it was bubble wrapped with the larger bubble wrap and peanuts in a standard cardboard container. I did ship with the cover and that was returned.
