Red Sox in 6!
Too many to remember due to my long term loss of short term memory
Some highlights:
AC/DC - Birmingham - Highway to Hell tour. Getting to watch the whole set standing next to the sound engineer on the riser
Mixing for Shinedown. Well at least a song or two. Halestorm and Blackstone Cherry on the same bill as well.
Wille King right before he died
Skynyrd less than a week before the crash
Eagles Hell Freezes Over tour - a couple three shows
Kansas at the casino and smoked dove breasts
Most recently Toto 40 trips around the sun in a 1500 seat pac Sound was amazing.
Gary Clark Jr at the Ryman in Nashville
I came up at just the right time. I saw almost all of them from Paul Revere & The Raiders to just recently Paul McCartney. Some of the greatest would have to have been; The Greatful Dead (3 times), Elton John (twice the first time on his first US tour when he was a real rocker, before he became a clown show), Airto, George Harrison, Dylan (2X...once with The Band and the other with The Rolling Thunder Review), Santana, Chaka Khan, James Taylor, but the absolute best had to have been 2nd row at Led Zeppelin .
Don't worry Ma'am....
I'm only here for the Bass.

I listed some of the big name stars I saw back in my younger days, but the question the OP asked was "favorite concert?". I got to thinking about that and I decided that the all time favorite concert I ever attended was the last one. It was a birthday present from my son to my daughter and me...(our birthday is on day apart). We went to the famous Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, where legends like Bob Wills, Kitty Wells, Patsy Cline, and Hank Williams used to play on Saturday night. We say my very favorite contemporary country artist Neko Case. I have all her albums but it was the first time I had seen her live. It was also the first time that just the three of us had been together, since they were kids. My son says that he believes in giving memories as gifts is better than giving things that people don't want in the first place. This was certainly one of the best birthday presents ever.

Eagles - Hell Freezes over 1994 or 95. Any James Taylor concert I've been to (at least 15) and Earth, Wind and Fire
Boatless Bank Trash for now
As far as pure energy...Garth Brooks. Journey back in the 80's in Austin. Prince in the 80's in Austin as well. My first concert was Ted Nugent. Man....I can keep going......James Taylor...the guy let his band take a break at intermission and he stayed out and signed autographs and shook hands for about 30 minutes...very cool guy.
Stevie Ray Vaughn in 1985 or 1986 at the Juneteenth Blues Festival at Miller Outdoor Theater in Houston with Johnny Copeland, Clarence Gatemouth Brown and Lou Ann Barton. He was so jacked on Jack and COKE it wasn't even funny. He walks out and says,"I'm Stevie Ray Vaughn and I'm gonna play you some blues". He sits on the edge of the stage 20 feet away, pulls down the black hat with silver concho's and shreds it for an hour and a half. About 30 minutes into the set, there was a stream of sweat running from his chin. When he was finished playing there was a puddle about 3-4 feet in diameter below where he was sitting. I've been involved in audio since the early 80's and I've never had a feeling like that from watching someone perform. I could literally feel the pain and soul escaping his body through his fingers. RIP Stevie
Rush 2112 concert
Guns and Roses OPENING for The Cult at Jones Hall in Houston in 86 or so. So bad ass I had to buy the cassette after the show. Jammed that for 6 months before anyone knew who they were. Replaced that cassette multiple times as it kept going missing. My cure was to go CD as none of my buddys had a CD player yet.
