Best value used fishfinder 9"+

Looking to upgrade my current Humminbird 587HD fishfinders to something newer and larger. I would like to get at least 9" screens and SI for the console. I'm definitely in the used market since I only have about 1000 to 1200 to play with. Any recommendations for older technology that will get the job done? Thanks

I have a lowarance elite 9 TI and I really like it. Cabelas had them on clearance a few weeks ago for around $599 I believe.

For that budget I would get a new Lowrance 9" elite Ti2 or the Helix 9 Mega. Probably get the Lowrance so I could have touch screen.

The Humminbird 9 inch Helix Mega is AWESOME! The SI is amazing....WAY better than any Lowrance I've owned or seen.

might be tough to find two 9 inch graphs with one having SI even used for 1000-1200. Two 7 inch used graphs would work.

Yes with a CHIRP (sonar) model, DI model, or SI model.

Sweet, I am picking up a helix 9 di g2n tomorrow and will install at console until I get a better SI unit. How does that work with the helix 9, do I put the main DI Puck on the transom and buy a 2d Puck to glue in the bilge?

Garmin 93 SV plus by a long shot. Nothing in that price ranges comes close. Then you can add livescope or Panoptics.
