Question 95 150XRI pre season prep

    0G228318

Replaced fuel filter and replaced voltage regs last year. Other than that I haven't done a thing to this motor and I have run it for 2 seasons now. What are some things i should be looking at to replace just for noraml maintenance. I have worked on carbed motors and have been in the habit of tearing carbs down once a year for cleaning is there something similar I can do to this I injected motor?

    Thanks

Some things I do yearly is water pump, fuel filter and spark plugs. Plugs probably not needed but are cheap. I also pull thermostats to check for debris and check battery water levels

Here is a sticky from the top that is helpful

Check them fuel lines if never changed

Think Haughton was trying to post this topic, just ignore references to compressor and other Optimax specific items - Recommended Annual Maintenance or Winterization for Optimax Engines
