Solix 12 update to 3.360

Hello Humminbird family! I am trying to update my Humminbird Solix 12si to the latest update. I download the file from the website... unzip the files. Drag and drop them on my 16gb sandisk sd card. I then go out to the unit and power it up. It recognizes the update but fails every time it downloads. Any ideas?!

• This software update is not compatible with ONIX models. If you update to this software, your unit will no longer be compatible over the Ethernet network with ONIX.
• Software version 3.040 or greater must be installed prior to 3.360.
• No damage will occur if 3.040 or greater is not installed, but the update will not be successful.
• Once 3.360 is installed, the factory recovery will be updated to 3.360.
• Users will not be able to “recover” back to 3.040, 3.110, 3.120, 3.230, or 3.300
• The defaults will be restored when 3.360 is installed.
• Previously exported settings files will not be able to be imported once 3.360 is installed.
