    Routing Transducer Cable

Might be a stupid question, but I am a new Ranger owner (First Fiberglass Owner)! Question: When routing the transducer cable to the helm, should I try to get the cable through that flexible wiring tube that goes from the stern to the helm? Sorry if that's a dumb question!!

Thanks! I am replacing the stern transducer, and my dealer did not put the previous cable through that dryer hose pipe. Took FOR EV ER to fish the thing out of the back of the boat!! It kept getting hung up on something, and I was darn lucky to get it out.
