Well I burned a piston up this weekend on my G boat and now have to get it redone. Love my XB so I would like to re build if possible. Anyone know of someone that specializes or has experience with these motors?

Might as well trick it out with that kind of work. Check out Simon Motorsports or Dave Bush Racing. Also, The folks at European Marine (BBC sponsors) are pretty popular and know their stuff. None of these are in Texas, by the way. I had some work done by Texas Outboard Rebuilders in Tool, TX. I was happy with the work.

Hydro Tec. They are Yamaha specialists, but have built Mercs. They do all their own machining. Nixa MO.
