2013 trailer brakes no longer working

I noticed the other day the brake fluid was low and I appeared to have a slight leak. I know realize the trailer brakes are not engaging at all. Not sure where to start to track this down, any advice?

Check all the fittings first. A tell tale sign is the undercoating will be clean on the fitting because the brake fluid eats paint. My leak was the short line from the T to the right front caliper. Line was cracked under the nut so you couldn’t see it. I found it when I pressed the piston back to replace the pads and fluid came out of the T.
