Humminbird Helix 10 will not power up

I have 2 Helix 10 S/I and the one at the bow will not come on. The 3 amp fuse is good and it's wired directly to battery. I have swapped the working Mega unit from the console and it doesn't work at bow. I took the bow unit to console and it doesn't work there either. Any ides?

Sounds like you have more than 1 problem....otherwise it doesn't make sense that the bow unit won't work at either location but the console unit only works at the console.
It would seem you have a bad unit and a problem with wiring to the bow.

Are you sure you have a FULL charge on the battery? Borderline power can cause some flaky issues.

Sorry if I didn't explain correctly, but other unit works at console and bow.

So ... both units work OK at the console?

Could still be a low battery voltage problem since there would be more voltage drop to the bow than the console....Otherwise maybe a bad connection somewhere in the bow power wiring.
If you set one of the readouts to display voltage, what voltage does your unit at the console display?

No. I have a 10 Mega that works at both locations, but the 10 non chirp doesn't work at either place.

If the console unit works at both locations .... and the bow unit won't work at either location .... You either have borderline power or the bow unit has a problem.

If one unit works at both locations power plug and the other doesn’t work at either I would point towards a bad unit and contact CS.
