    Did Maritec Sell Gambler ?

I went to the Bassmaster Classic Expo Friday wearing my Gambler Jersey and I had 2 different vendors tell me that Maritec has sold the Gambler molds to a boat builder in South Carolina. I was wondering if anyone else has heard anything along these lines.

I hope to see many new G boats back on the water now that someone has the incentive to build bass boat instead of offshore boats. I wish them luck.

Same here! The bass boats have been treated like red headed step children for many years. I hope the folks in SC do great with them.

Unless I've been lied to. The mold for the 20 is being made as we speak and a dealer in Sth Carolina has placed an order for 2 new 20s. The person I spoke with gave me know inclination that they were being sold. This will be the most BADASS 20 on the market.

I’m sure there’s NDA’s at play here. I want to see what the new owners have planned. Might be or might not be enough to sway me into a new model instead of buying used. Watching.

Maybe the new owners will have a better attitude helping Gambler owners. The present staff at Gambler has the worst customer relationship Iv'e ever experienced.
