2008 procraft 175 optimax

Need help. I was rear ended a couple of months ago. The insurance replaced a new lower unit and trim also the middle casing cover. The mechanic had to pull motor off and top power head unitvto get the middle casing changed. U just got my boat back and the water pressure is low and I can’t even reach top rpm. I can only get it to 5200 rpm at 56 mph my boat used to go 61 or 62 on the rev elemanator. It feels slower. Any advice on what’s going on. I’ve tried 3 different props as well. The after pressure is at 9 psi at WOT. My boat use to be a little rocket. The original prop is had was a high 5 25 pitch. Witch would hit 5800 rpm. I bought a tempes 24 pitch and now I only do 55 at 5000 rpm. Also my buddy had a high5 25 pitch which I tried today and only did 56 at 5200 rpm. Something is wrong. Plz help. Eng#1B533229
