A friend of mine has a 2003 198 , 200 evinrude, garage kept one owner, he is getting too old to go alone anymore and is looking to sell. Was last out about a year ago with no issues. But should probably be tuned up. All electronics etc go with it. But I don’t remember what they are other than Lowrance. Older gentleman who is very meticulous a bout maintenance etc. probably has all the records going back to new. Shoot me an email if interested. 18 will probably buy it. Edgrish@yahoo.com

I sure thought it is a 198.. but I could be wrong.. its a dual console.. if that matters..
I was just asking because most of the time the 198’s came with 225’s, where the 196 had a 200. But you never know, someone might have decided to save some $$$ when it was ordered.
If it is a 2003 then it is a 196.
