    You can lay rods on deck of my 621 but only on the starboard side. I also have aftermarket rear deck extension that is a lot bigger than the super small factory. I did notice that on the DVX there is no lip like on my ranger to put a exstension. Plus if u did than wouldn’t be able to get to those storage n rear.

    the front deck of a Ranger 621 is set up terrible for bass fishing. No rod room, no recessed foot tray and can only put a little graph in dash (Maybe different with new models). I did not see the boat in person, but from pictures the back deck on the Vexus seems bigger than the 621.
