Materials to replace small--quarter sized holes in fiberglass

I'm trying to touch up a couple spots on my boat an need to repair a couple areas of fiberglass that have holes from wires being run through. Any suggestions on a small kit to do the job?

That’s a wide question...depends on what size holes, color of gel/flake or not, part of boat the hole/holes are located, your experience level, how good of a repair appearance wise are you lookin for, etc....pics are always helpful...

Gotcha, I don't have a pic of it but I can maybe do a better description. The area is covered by a rubber rod tip protector on the console of a ranger. Previous owner cut a small hole in the rubber and console to run wires for an imaging unit. In addition there is a ram mount with only screw holes. I plan to remove the rubber rod tip protector and touch up those holes in order to replace it with a new rubber protector and not see the defects. I would say the wire hole will be approx 1 inch x 1 inch.
