    Prop for ProCraft ProCaster 180

Ive been running a MW 14x19P (came with boat) on my rig with a 150 Merc XR4. Top speed loaded during summer months was right at 45MPH WOT at approximately 5400 RPM. I switched to a Laser II 13.5x22P that came with the boat topping approximately 50MPH at 4800. I know that 4800 is way below the power band range. Also, I do not have a jack plate. Can anyone recommend the best prop for my rig. I'm posting this here because I don't want people without ProCraft ProCaster experience giving frivolous advice. I know my rig is no speed demon but wanting to get the best performance possible.

A trophy in a 24 should do good with that set up. That rig should be running mid to upper 50's.

I have a Laser II 22P on mine. I have a 6" jack plate with the motor raised, likely too high. I get about 5100rpm and a tad over 54 with a FULL load. I don't see many ProCasters in my area, really none.

That seems a bit on the low side for pitch for 5400 rpm/45mph. You may want to be sure your tach is working properly as a starting point.
I have a 1993 Procraft 180Pro with the original 1993 Merc XRi 150 on it. 5" manual jackplate 1" below full lift. 24P Tempest Plus prop, and I get a solid 60mph @5300rpm on gps with 2 people, (170lbs each), and a tournament load. By myself, 65mph @5600rpm. Hoping to try a 23P Tempest Plus for a bit more rpm.
