    Thumbs Up TACKLE TRAP REFUND

    I had purchased 3 Shimano DC 150's from Tackle Trap back in February and they charged my card at the time of purchase. While on vacation last week I read on this site the problems they were experiencing with Shimano. My first reaction was OH S---!!! I already paid the credit card company. Well I'm pleased to report I contacted Tackle Trap and spoke with the owner ( sorry I don't remember his name ) and with in an hour he sent me a text with a picture of the credit that was issued to my card. Needless to say I will be shopping there with confidence in the future. Great job and I hope you are able to work things out with Shimano, they should be happy to have a shop like yours represent there products.

    I gotta chance to meet Gary and the fellers at TT this morning at the Classic. Always nice folk and great customer service. A lot of big name companies I've been dealing with lately, like ATT and Verizon, could take lessons from these guys.

    Great to meet ya Gary to put a face with the name..I would say "keep up the good work" but I know I don't have to as it is the only way you guys know how to be....
