Older boat and pump out. how to add it in

my boat is a 2003 Cougar and does not have pump out for the livewells.
I know there is a difference in the master switch setup below the shifter for the ones that had pump out.
other than that. what else would I have to do to get pump out. it is one thing I would really like to have on the boat.

I have it and very rarely use it, except to fill weigh in bags sometimes and I could do that from the drain if needed
