    Guntersville condition..

Leaving tomorrow morning for Guntersville, staying at a house in Guntersville in the creek where Randy Howell won the classic. Anyone know what the water conditions are for running out of there, or fishing anything main lake?

Just came back from there Wednesday . Upper parts of the lake we're 3 feet high. From midlake down level was normal. Mainlake had heavy current with some debris so be careful running. We caught a few on the mainlake on current break points but the current was way to Swift to fish anything else mainlake related. Our best fish came from shallow hydrilla in 2 to 5 feet of water.

Been having nw winds almost all week, water temps staying the same. Main river still cloudy but creeks clearing some. We are down lake, house is in Spring creek. Been finding fish every day though. Best day for me, had 30, most 2 to 2.5 but had a couple 4lbs and one 5.

Got goofing around with white bass yesterday, got into a huge drum. Not what we were looking for but fun on a medium light rod and 8lb test

I found 63 degree water yesterday afternoon in Roseberry. Water is clearing up. TVA only pulled yesterday 1/2 of what they have been pulling for weeks. I think conditions will be pretty good for Big Bass Splash.
