Do the current Helix G3N MEGA Si+ Models all Record the same resolution of Raw Data?

Will the recorded raw data of the Solix Gen1 MEGA Si (regular not +) @ 1280 x 800 look better in .son player(s)?

I noticed when viewing back ONIX Si recordings in ReefMaster the resolution of raw data file was the same as the machine's native resolution.

The 1st attached screen was captured directly off of an ONIX 8 si unit. Its native resolution is 1024x768...

The 2nd image was captured/exported from Reefmaster of the raw .son data file of sonar recording made by ONIX.

*the raw data which is seen in playback viewer on computer "appears" to be about the same as the ONIX screen resolution.

Specs for Helix 8 online retailers list it as only 800x480 but on HB site says 1024x600 same as 9 and 10 current models:
