Will these units be able to share waypoints with the regular 93sv units, not the ”plus”. I want to put a 12 at my console but I have 93sv on the bow

I did notice that they have improved the GPS to 10 MHz vs 5 for the 9 inch model

The ultra pricing is right in line with other touchscreen 10” and 12” models as far as I am concerned. Plus excellent mapping now and the best live sonar.

For those considering the Ultra 10 and 12 inch units, if you want LiveScope I would recommend the LVS32. If you want UHD I'd suggest you investigate the GT34UHD.

the GT54 UHD transducer which come with ultra unit only 50° beamwidth per side in side scan, compare with normally 86° coverage, the Side scan of this transducer is too narrow?

Will the ultra units support the GT34UHD like the GT54UHD, not requiring the GCV-10?

The Garmin booth at the Bass Master classic had a couple of echomap Ultra's there. The GT54UHD will connect right to the head unit on the ULTRA. I can tell you the new cradle release system is much improved! I didn't have time to gather much more information as I had plenty of other booths to visit but these are some really nice units !
