Did you compensate for the slant? If not how did it affect your vertical fishing? What about those that have ultrex and 360, was the 360 affected?

I don’t worry about it.

Installed mine a couple weeks ago and it is definitely tilted back but my view of my bait, fishing vertical, is great in water up to 15' or so. Dropping down right next to the head it is plainly visible. I plan on testing in Deeper water this weekend to make sure the cone isn't too far back from the head in 40'. This is with lowrance hdi ducer.

Thanks gentlemen. I was planning on doing nothing as well but on the water mine is about 8 degrees. I’m ok with that vertically because I rarely fish deeper than about 35’ and that’s only about 5’ off but it would put the 360 beam 14’ low in the front at 100 ft. I just can’t justify laying that much for the electronics and not setting them up correctly.
My Garmin livescope shows me where they are, still can’t catch the damn things.
Iv had mine for sometime now and i dont worry about iy
Checked mine deeper today. In 35', I still had what I consider a damn good return from my bait, despite the angle, dropping down at the back of the head. I am happy for now and will just go fish! If I had a 360, it might be a different story.
