    Bruce Phillips Update

    From Jason Phillips Bruce's son;

    Update on dad:
    Dr. told us last night that his vitals are declining, when I was with him Sunday I could barely make out what he was saying and he could barely stay awake. He needed his leg amputated cause he was not getting any blood flow to his foot, so it was pretty much dead, and Dr. said even if he went in to have it removed there was a very good chance he wouldn't make it out of surgery alive...😭 So without removing the leg he is probably more than likely going to succumb to infection. So we decided it was best to just let him go. 😭 he is on comfort care, and they are doing their best to make sure he will be comfortable. I'm going to miss you so much dad and love you more than you'll ever know. But I know you will no longer be hurting or have to put up with being messed with and poked and prodded. Thank you all for the prayers and love, and I know he will be with Mom again.
