I've put on about 50 lbs over the last 5 years or so. Finally getting back into a routine of lifting and running. Picked up a spin bike on Saturday. I can only run for so long, but I can sit in front of the t.v. and spin on a bike for an hour without thinking about it. Strength is coming back a lot faster than I was expecting, but the stamina in my legs is still lacking, but after a couple weeks, they are starting to feel better too.
Now if I can just get my wife to stop buying all the crap to eat, I would lose all that temptation as well.
