I'm looking at a ranger r80 sport with this motor. The boat is in pristine condition. As is the motor. I've heard lots of bad things about these motors. Anyone have any input?

Buy the boat with the mind set that should the motor let go there is no retail value on the motor and very few techs willing to work on it. Parts are getting scarce also.
