Reading run time hours on the DDT

When checking the run history of a 200 Optimax the other day the total run hours displayed was 3011 hours. But when we looked at the RPM break down in hours, these hours were no where close to 3011 hours. When I added up the RPM breakdown hours they came up to a little less than 700 hours. Shouldn't these two totals be the same?

I never really paid to much attention to to this before, but because there was such a big difference between the two with this engine it caught my attention.

3 Liter Models are two further down the list.

Breakdown hours return to ZERO is there has been a Break-In Reset done. TOTAL runtime remains and accumulates regardless.

Probably had a powerhead around 700 hours ago...

Thanks, I had often wondered about what happened when you erased the run time history or restarted the break in period. Yes, this old girl has been around the block a time or two.
