I did a reset and install the new update and it still will dose the something. I was at the Classic and had a talk with Humminbird about the problem and he will get back with me with and answer.

Well after searching the web for help on this problem I got an answer. It seems like Humminbird is having a problem with more then one GPS antenna connected to one unit. Now that I found out that you can use the NMEA0183 output from the Humminbird Helix units all I needed was a NMEA conversion gateway (Actisense NGW-!) problem fixed. I hope this helps other that are having the same problem.
