IF....I were young enough to own a dozen more boats, MY tm will always be traditional. You go through the big stuff like I do and it will still be hangin on the nose instead of bustin gel coat!!!!

I have had 3 Bullets with the TM mounted TN style. My first Bullet was around 10 years old. My second Bullet 12 years old. My current Bullet 14 years old and ZERO issues with TM mounting issues. I love looking at those pins coming together on that Beautiful nose on the Bullet. Not to mention visibility is increased and especially at night.

I’ve had the same issues with them mounted ether way. On my current boat I have a small ram mount that hold it’s down best thing I’ve ever done, holds it solid.

I had trad, straight down the center and TN on my boat. I like the TN the best for multiple reasons. I run the great lakes, don't get any rougher. I got a TH marine troll tamer that lines up on my deck instead of on my gel like my Trad would of. Trolling motor will not move regardless how rough it is.
