    Weedless Jigs

Someone on here mentioned weedless jigs not too long ago. I can't find the thread and am interested in learning more about this. Let me hear your suggestions.

You can add a piece (or two) of heavy mono to a hook shank--collarless are much easier to me. I do this when I am tying and want weedless. If I am using plastics and need weedless I try to go with the CB Slider head when I can for any solid body. For tubes, you can Texas rig them on about any round ball jig head. Either of these last two methods are great for brushpiles.

Net Craft. Buy unpainted and paint any color you want. They have the paint also.
