    UPF SS Spindle Sleeve Installation

Has anyone removed and replaced the spindle rear seal sleeve on they're boat trailer. I had a rotor split in half due to brake issue on my Boat Mate tandem that has the Gold oil hubs on it. It has probably got 20,000 miles on it when I noticed a loud scraping noise on the rear left tire. When I pulled the wheel only the outer plate of the rotor was left. The inner plate and the vents were gone. I don't know how long it was that way but I am replacing both rotors and calipers on rear wheels. When I removed the hub I noticed the seal sleeve had a slight wear groove on them so I got new SS sleeves to replace them. How do you remove the old sleeve and reinstall the new ones. Are they just pressed on or do you coat them with high temp RTV before you install them. I don't wont them spinning after I install the new rotor with a new seal. The old ones didn't look as if there was any sealer or coating to keep them in place. Any ideas.
