    Fury 3 - 26
    May not have the best hole shot but it will respectable, but that is what BC and most of their veteran owners are using. Some go to a 25 for better holeshot but 'probably' lose a little at top. I ran a 26 when I had mine.

    Out of the box, it has been a 26 tempest for me, Reworked tough a 25 Fury is far better in every regard

    His boat has a Gator hull applied to it and he's lost some speed due to the repair so a 26" prop may not work.

    You are probably correct, down size at least ono pitch, maybe even two
    I don't understand why anyone would screw up a good boat by doing that, and then fret over a speed loss!
