1984 Cajun Grand Bateau/200 hp Merc Black Max

Just purchased this boat and have started a deck extension and recarpet. Has a Hummingbird Helix 5 gps at the console and Helix 5 up front. Has a new Motorguide 55# TM (deffinatly needs upgraded).

All the bones seem to be solid, floors are strong as well as transom. Has led bow lighting and led lighting on the decks. There is some oxidation on the top cap and will be wet sanding and buffing.

I will be adding a rod locker, tackle locker and a storage locker on the deck extension.

the motor is strong with 118 compression on all cylinders. I have purchased a new impeller and will be changing the lower end fluid.

Seems to be a nice solid boat and I look forward to all the improvements I plan on making. Now just waiting for all the parts I ordered to come in.
