    New Thru Hull fittings

I have my bilge tore apart. Where can I get the correct ones? I need the 3/4 for the livewell drain and the 1 1/8 for the over flow.
I ordered from Flow- Rite because I needed a few other things and not only are they too short, but the 1 1/8 is way too large. The flange measures 2.235" and the threaded part is 1.42.
I just had to cancel an order from TH Marine because that threaded part they say is 1 3/8.
I need a correct length 3/4" black straight and a black 1 1/8". The threaded lengths are 2" and 2 1/4". The hole in my hull measures 1.350
The threaded part on the broken one measures 1.277 and the flange measures 1.825.
I can't believe there's no standard on these for diameter.

The sea choice may work but there's no drawing. I could run into the same problem with the previous 2 orders.

You know who you might call is Carol at C & O Marine, they used to be a big Champ seller/servicer. She just might have what you need, you’ll have to call though their website doesn’t show inventory anymore.

You wouldn’t think it would be! Lol

I didn’t have any issues, not sure what year you’re working with though.

Well I sent C&O an email. I still can't believe there isn't a standard for these things.

Great Lakes Skipper will have what you want. They list all dimensions of most of their thru hulls so you can be sure that you’re getting the right part. They deliver quickly.

The black plastic fittings suck but whatever. They have those too if you’re dead set on using them.

Here’s a thread that might help

You need to call them and talk to Carol, not e-mail. They're not too good at answering e-mails. Remember you have a 23+ year old boat. The OEM fittings were barbed Flow-Rite, and they have since phased out all of their barbed fittings. Places like Great Lakes Skipper are good for older parts.

    Good Luck!
