When you repower with the 4 stroke, the dealer should utilize OBD by means of their mercury software to run the boat and determine correct propping. That said....good place to start 23 Fury

My boat came with a 23 P Fury 3. I have a Bravo 1 4 Blade 24.5 P on order. Once I get her on the water I will post some numbers. I am a 4 blade believer. I spoke directly to the team at Merc when making my decision on propping pitch and they were a big help. This prop should out perform the Fury especially with heavier loads and overall handling. More to come.

Have not had a chance to run it yet.. lots of flooding and work schedule have been the culprit. Hoping to run it Monday

I have a 24 Fury on mine. Prop to pad is 3.5 inches and have 2 talons. I'm getting 72.7 mph at 5900 rpm. I have a 23 Fury coming to try.
