Giant Salvinia, an aggressive, invasive nonnative plant, has now been found in Pickwick, Bay Springs, Columbus, and Aberdeen Lakes, Ross Barnett Reservoir and the Pascagoula River marsh. Most recently it was found at Lake Okhissa, a US Forest Service lake near Bude, MS.
