    KY Lake - Johnathan Creek Area - Duplex for Sale

    A co-worker of mine has a duplex for sale near the Jonathan Creek boat ramp. It also has a 24'x32' metal garage. Each side of the duplex is 640 square feet. This would be perfect for someone wanting a place around here as a fishing/hunting house with the potential to make money by renting out the other side. He bought it because he was single and fished a lot. He is now engaged, so they are looking into building a metal shop with living quarters.
