Meh. Too uneven at rest, just like Gamblers.

Why buy the copy when you can have the original? Unless you mean the bullet because it is technically on the right.

Looks to me the Ballistic is wider farther up front. And the console looks better to me.

I believe they call that the TN mount. Works pretty nice from what I hear.

Exactly! It’s a little wider than a Bullet and the top cap and design is plain. It may be a great boat, but it won’t outrun a Bullet or beat it in looks.

They need to work on those graphics on the sides. Slick those out and theyve really got something

I would not take it personal who ever they modeled their boat after. A boat is a boat. Theirs looks great and reviews/time will tell.

A good tape man is hard to find... And harder in Idaho... When I got my XRS they asked how I wanted the trolling motor mounted... Tennessee style... The only way it should ever be done on a Bullet... Dan ... IMHO...

Dan, what is the reason for the TN style? I know I turned away from several boats when I was in the market because I didn't like the looks of the TM mounted this way. Cant for the life of me understand what benefit there is to having it this way...

#1, Better vision when up and running at high speed, nothing on the bow block your view. #2, the hulls that use this style (Bullet, Norris Craft, Allison and Stroke) have lighter hulls and mounting the trolling motor this way doesn't effect the nimbleness of the boat while using the trolling motor. #3, it just looks cool... That makes sense Dan...have had my TM mounted the same way for 25 years...just used to it a certain way but can definitely understand it would be easier to see around it.

I know a few who have it mounted the traditional way but have never been in the boat with them. When I bought my 1st Bullet in 02' the guy rigging it refused to mount it any other way. So when I got my new one I just had them mount it Tennessee style.

And it looks like a missile launcher from afar so people get out of your way as your cruising down the lake... Dan

TN style also doesn't cover up the beautiful nose on a Bullet!!!

I don't doubt what you guys are saying is true, especially given the greater width (and fishability) of that big front deck, but how would anyone know? Nobody has ran the two against each other with similar rigging yet. Time will tell on if the Ballistic is as fast, for now that is just speculation. The looks is obviously very subjective....and I get that most Bass boat guys are older and very traditional for the most part, but to my eye, the Ballistic looks far far better and more modern and up to date, and I love the way Bullets look too, and would absolutely buy one, just my opinon
