Old oil in lines and cylinders

I recently sent with my pumps into PP for repairs. I got some water in one and the oil looked like scrambled eggs. Before installing the new pumps how do I make sure and get all the old oil out of the lines and cylinders prior to hooking it back up and charging the system with new oil? Thanks

If you open and close the poles manually ( my hand) with the lines off the pump it will force the majority of the oil out. I suggest having the lines in a container to catch the fluid
