    New Merc v8 Pro XS question

    just wondering if anyone has re-powered with a new motor on an older Triton, what is the difference in the overall length compared to the current 250 Pro XS? thanks

    Don't hold me to this, but I have heard the 4 stroke adds 6" additional over the 2 stroke.

    I repowered a 2004 tr 21x with the new 250 4S and i do think it is a little bit longer in my shop, but i havent measured.

    My V8 added approx 4.5 inches. I know because thats how much closer it is to my hot water heater!

    I just went from a 2015 trx 21 2stroke proxs with swing tongue 24’ 3” without 26’
    2019 trx21 4stroke proxs with swing tongue 23’ 11” without 25’ 7”
