Moving motor up to second hole ???

I'm getting ready to move my motor up to second hole. On my Tracker PT175TXW with 60HP 4 stroke. I have the 3M 4200 on the way ordered. Will one 1/10 gallon tube do the job? Also at the same time going to install transom support plate across top bolts. I need to look are there good fender type washers on bottom bolts ? Thinking about getting some stainless steel 1/2"x 2 1/2" stainless steel fender washers for bottom bolts. Also going to install All Aboard ladder at same time wondering if I will have enough bolt length with transom plate and ladder on top bolt. These look like 1/2"-20 bolts going to pick up new nylon insert locking nuts.
Do I seem to be on the right track anything else I should do different ??

Also from what I read in motor book TQ to 55ftlbs ?

Remember to use some kind of lubricant to prevent galling if using all stainless hardware and do not zip them down with a powertool.

If you have any 4200 left, put in freezer. It will keep a long time.

I just got my 3M 4200 today it is in a metal tube and has a screw on tip like any tube for a caulk gun but the back end has a pull tab like a cartridge for a grease gun. Did I get the wrong tube? Or if I pull the rear pull tab still has a sealed end and works in a normal caulk gun ? Thanks
