A little more snow in the forecast. Three more nights in the teens. And the ongoing rain muddying everything up is keeping the water temperature way down for first of March. That's got us a month behind schedule. Only 5 weeks till turkeys season!!

Yup another storm tonight and cold weather for the week.
Yup, another cold, wet spring. In 2017 caught my first topwater fish in mid-April, last year it was 5 weeks later. Won't stop me from getting out, first Tourney in 2 weeks!
Was catching fish out of grass in three feet of water third week of February last year. Not sure when the boat is leaving the garage at this point. Forecast says it is going to warm up next week, but we'll see.
Anyone have a 'key' to the hotside? I'm dying up here in central PA.

Looks like the crappy temperature cycle will break next Monday and the overnight temps start creeping up. We had this happen a few times over the years with mixed results. Depending on water temps, the switch could flip on/off in a matter of a couple weeks and then summer is here....
