T&H Atlas Jack Plate on 04 Skeeter ZX200

Anyone running atlas hydraulic jack plate on their older skeeter? What kind of performance are you getting out of it?

I ran a 12" Detwiler on my 05 and all for nothing except being able to get in skinnier water. no speed increase and added more weight so needless to say it wasn't worth it for me at that time.

Thanks for the info. Look like I'll just add some power pole blade.

I have run a HJP on my last 3 Skeeters, 1 of which was a '94 200ZX. You may or may not find your top end improves, but what you will find is an optimum height for the conditions you are encountering. This is really true, when the water is rough. Being able to lower your engine will provide you with optimum running in rough water. If you are a casual weekend fisherman, it may not be cost advantageous to you, but for a T fisherman such as myself, I can't do without.
